Donya Dreibelbis

Hi, my name is Donya Dreibelbis. I am an extremely hard-working, competitive, and trustworthy person. I am a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty in Atlantic Beach, Florida. I know the Jacksonville area VERY well as I grew up here in Jacksonville Beach. I attended Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, FL and was a college student athlete running track and cross country at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. I have had the pleasure of going all over town running, surfing, hanging out at the beach, boating, shopping, and dining at the wonderful restaurants here.

I have been in a real estate family for over 12 years now. My parents Eric and Dava Dreibelbis have worked with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners in Jacksonville Beach, Florida since 2011. They created “Life’s a Beach” House Team in 2016 and remain one of the Top Producing Teams in North Florida. They service all of Jacksonville and its Beaches (Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jacksonville Beach), Ponte Vedra Beach, Ponte Vedra, Vilano Beach, Nocatee, & St. Augustine & its beaches.

I know a lot about Real Estate even though I am just starting my own career in it! I have worked with my parents over the past few years and even did an internship with them a couple of summers ago. Through this internship with my parents, Eric and Dava Dreibelbis, I learned so many things about real estate. I learned how to communicate with others and how to deal with unexpected problems. I hosted open houses, attended listing appointments, buyer consultations, showings, and photoshoots. I enjoyed it so much that I obtained my own Realtor license almost two years ago and have been assisting customers in Boca Raton, FL & surrounding areas.

Please know I am a great listener, communicator, and I look forward to providing excellent customer service to all your buyer, seller, & investor referral needs! We have the systems, processes, & team members in place to provide a smooth and stress-free home buying and selling process.

I service all areas in and around Duval, St Johns, and Clay County:
Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra, Ponte Vedra Beach, Vilano Beach, St Augustine, Nocatee, St Johns

Let me know how I can help! Thank You!!

Two thumbs up to Texana Bank! I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Nappy and Charles Rains on a real estate closing, and they were absolutely fantastic! Both were professional, incredibly efficient, and a breeze to work with from start to finish. They kept things moving smoothly, got the deal closed, and most importantly, our clients were thrilled! It's always a pleasure working with a lender who makes the closing process this seamless. Highly recommend Eric, Charles, and the Texana Bank team!

My wife & I just closed on our first home last Monday. Trey Jefferies helped us through the entire buying process and worked hard to help us cross the finish line. As a first time home buyer there were plenty days that were scary and overwhelming, Trey helped us understand the numbers and told us to take it one day at a time, we appreciate all of his time and effort.
