Two thumbs up to Texana Bank! I recently had the pleasure of working with Eric Nappy and Charles Rains on a real estate closing, and they were absolutely fantastic! Both were professional, incredibly efficient, and a breeze to work with from start to finish. They kept things moving smoothly, got the deal closed, and most importantly, our clients were thrilled! It's always a pleasure working with a lender who makes the closing process this seamless. Highly recommend Eric, Charles, and the Texana Bank team!

Marley Nagy was amazing during my first time home buying process! She is a very responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable loan officer who I am so grateful to have worked with. She went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the team at Texana Bank Mortgage!

As a Realtor, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Eric, and I highly recommend him. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently kept everyone informed throughout the transaction. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines made the process smooth for both my client and me. It’s always reassuring to work with a lender who is reliable, proactive, and focused on providing excellent service. I look forward to working with him again and will always recommend him to my clients.

My wife & I just closed on our first home last Monday. Trey Jefferies helped us through the entire buying process and worked hard to help us cross the finish line. As a first time home buyer there were plenty days that were scary and overwhelming, Trey helped us understand the numbers and told us to take it one day at a time, we appreciate all of his time and effort.

He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. His communication and attention to detail were outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a mortgage lender who genuinely cares about his clients and delivers excellent service, Trey Jeffries is the person to call. Five stars all the way!
